Kalvin MacDonald

Kalvin is the founder of myCEMnow and recently joined northStudio as their Alberta Regional Manager. Kalvin has 15+ years experience working with organizations to improve the way they market, sell, deliver solutions, and serve customers. He launched his consulting practice to focus exclusively on Customer Experience Management in early 2008. Working with a small group of partners he has assembled practical know-how and solutions which are exploited by small and medium sized businesses to greatly improve the experience they offer their customers and other stakeholders. 

At the time Kalvin launched his practice, he knew one of the biggest challenges facing small and medium sized organizations was the poor quality of their online presence - their most important tool for interacting with the public, their potential buyers, sponsors, or members. Looking for solutions, Kalvin independently assessed Content Management Systems and social publishing platforms and decided on Drupal. He also did a survey of Drupal consulting firms at that time and chose northStudio after partnering with them on some successful projects.

With his recently formalized relationship with northStudio in place and his myCEMnow go-to-market strategy successfully implemented at customer sites, he has big plans for playing an active role in developing the Drupal community in Alberta.
